Commodity Introduction
This is a type of FR-4 PCB for the application of Fingerprint Access Control. It's a 4 layer
board at 0.4mm thick. The base laminate is from ITEQ, Solder mask and silkscreen from
Taiyo. It's fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 10 boards
or panels are packed separately.

larger at 5 mil / 5 mil for mass production.
For 1 oz (35 um) copper, it's 3 mil / 4 mil for prototypes, 4 mil / 4 mil for small production and 5 mil
/ 5 mil for mass production.
For 2 oz (70 um) copper, it's 6 mil / 7 mil for prototypes, 6 mil / 8 mil for small production and 7 mil
/9 mil for mass production.
For 3 oz (105 um) copper, it's 8 mil / 9 mil for prototypes, 8 mil / 10 mil for small production and
9mil /11 mil for mass production.
For 4 oz (140um) copper, it's 12 mil / 11 mil for prototypes, 12 mil / 12 mil for small production and
13 mil / 13 mil for mass production.

Yes. We offer PCB prototypes and quick turn prototypes. The quickest time is 24 hours for double
sided and 5 days for 4 layer PCB. The disadvantage of quick turn is high cost.
