Brief Introduction
The DiClad 527 high-frequency PCB is a 2-layer rigid board featuring a stackup of 1oz (35μm) copper on both the top and bottom layers, sandwiching a 20mil DiClad 527 core material.
The board dimensions are 150mm x 32mm, maintaining precise measurements with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The minimum trace and space width is set at 7/7 mils, allowing for intricate patterns and design flexibility. The finished board thickness is 0.6mm, and the vias have a plating thickness of 20μm, enhancing their reliability and longevity, all in compliance with IPC-Class-II standards.
The PCB is coated with ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), providing excellent solderability and corrosion resistance. There is no solder mask applied to either side, but black silkscreen is printed on the top side to indicate component locations. Each board undergoes a comprehensive 100% electrical test before shipment, ensuring functionality and adherence to specifications.
