1.1 General description
This is a type of high thermal conductivity aluminum core PCB built on 3W/MK dielectric
prepreg for the application of Led Lighting. It's a single layer MCPCB board at 1.6 mm
thick with black silkscreen over white solder mask and HASL lead free on pads. The
aluminum plate is from ITEQ, entire board supplying 6 PCBs per panel. It's fabricated
per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 25 panels are packed for
shipment.
