General Description
The IsoClad 917 High Frequency PCB is a double-sided wrap-around antenna board designed for intelligent helmet applications. Built on a 20mil (0.508mm) substrate, this PCB features 0.5oz copper cladding plated to 1oz, with a board size of 126mm x 95mm. The surface finish on pads and exposed tracks is immersion gold, ensuring excellent solderability for SMD components. A green solder mask protects the entire board, and all boards are manufactured in compliance with IPC Class 2 standards. Each board undergoes 100% electrical testing, and 30 boards are vacuum-packed for secure shipment.
