Utilizing Rogers' innovative glass-reinforced hydrocarbon ceramic system, this PCB delivers superior high-frequency performance while maintaining compatibility with standard FR-4 manufacturing processes. With a tailored dielectric constant (Dk 4.38) that matches FR-4 norms, it enables easy upgrades of existing FR-4 designs requiring better electrical performance. The material features UL 94-V0 flammability rating, lead-free solder compatibility, and exceptional thermal stability (Tg >280°C), making it ideal for modern wireless communication systems. Its low Z-axis CTE (42 ppm/°C) ensures reliable plated through-hole connections, while the ENIG surface finish provides excellent solderability and corrosion resistance.
