1.1 General description
This is a type of single end impedance controlled PCB built on FR-4 substrate with Tg 150°C
for the application of vehicle tracking system. As request, it's panelized 12 up with 10mm strips
each board because there's parts that overhangs the board. Addtional breakout are added in line
with the board, which makes it a lot easier to remove the boards from the panels after assembly.
It's an impedance controlled board with 60 ohm on 6 mil single end track on signal layer 3 and
layer 4. Other specifications are 1.60 mm thick with white silkscreen on both sides, green solder
mask on both sides and immersion gold are on pads. The base material substrate is from ITEQ
IT-158. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 25 panels
are packed for shipment.
