These laminates stand out with a high dielectric constant of 10.2 at 10GHz and an impressively low dissipation factor of 0.0025 at the same frequency. By incorporating thin woven fiberglass reinforcement, Taconic's RF - 10 PCB achieve dual benefits: minimizing dielectric loss while enhancing rigidity, which simplifies handling and boosts dimensional stability, especially crucial for multilayer circuits.

Designed to meet the demand for cost - effective substrates in RF applications, RF - 10 high - frequency PCBs are ideal for reducing the size of RF components. They form a strong bond with smooth, low - profile copper, and when combined with the material's low dissipation and the use of ultra - smooth copper, they ensure optimal insertion losses at higher frequencies.
