Product Description

1.1 General description

This is a type of multilayer PCB built on FR-4 substrate with Tg 170°C for the application of
Spread Spectrum.It has minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils and minium holes size of 10 mils.
There's no blind or buried vias. Copper weight 1 oz outer signal and plane layers, 0.5 oz.
inner signal layers. It's panelized 4 boards per panel. Additional breaks in panel added on
the outer strip help breaking boards out of panel after assembly.

This is a type of impedance controlled (+/- 10%) PCB too.

Top layer, 7.0 mil trace 50 ohms;
Signal layer 3, 4.0/6.0 mil trace-space differential impedance = 97 ohms; 
Signal layer 3, 4.0/4.0 mil trace-space differential impedance = 91 ohms;
Other specifications are 1.6mm thick, white silkscreen over green solder mask on both sided
and immersion gold on pads.The base material substrate is used ITEQ IT-180. They're fabricated
per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 25 panels are packed for shipment.
