1.1 General description
This is a type of blind PCB (top to mid layer 1) built on FR-4 substrate with
Tg 130°C for the application of USB GPS. It's a 4 layer board at 1.0 mm thick,
white silkscreen over green solder mask on both sides and immersion gold is
on pad for soldering. The base material is from ITEQ Corp, entire board
supplying 32 PCBs per panel. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using
supplied Gerber data. Each 30 panels are packed for shipment.
