1.1 General description
This is a type of double sided PCB built on FR-4 substrate with Tg 150°C for the application
of GPS Tracking Devices. It's standard 1.60 mm thick, white silkscreen over green solder mask
covers both sides and immersion gold are on pads. Half holes (edge castellation) are made on
the edge for motherboard connection and soldering. Most of these PCB boards are used on the
carrier board as a sub-board of the motherboard through which the semi-metallized holes are
welded to the pins of mainboard and components. The base material is used from ITEQ IT-158,
entire board supplying 12 PCBs per panel. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied
Gerber data. Each 25 panels are packed for shipment.
