With dimensions of 130mm x 175mm (6PCS, ±0.15mm) and a finished thickness of 1.6mm, it meets IPC-Class-2 quality standards and undergoes 100% electrical testing before shipment to ensure reliable performance. Featuring immersion gold surface finish, green solder masks on both sides, white silkscreens on top and bottom, and countersink holes on the top side, IT-180A rigid PCB includes blind vias (L1-L2) to support complex routing needs, making it ideal for automotive, data storage, and telecommunications applications.    IT-180A High Tg Multi-layer PCB is a high-performance filled epoxy laminate with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 175°C (by DSC), ensuring excellent thermal reliability and compatibility with lead-free assembly processes (260°C). It features low moisture resistance (0.1%), UL94-V0 flammability rating, and superior CAF resistance. With stable dielectric properties (DK: 4.4 at 1GHz, 4.5 at 1MHz; Df: 0.014 at 1MHz, 0.015 at 1GHz) and low thermal expansion coefficients (X-axis: 11-13 ppm/°C, Y-axis: 13-15 ppm/°C), it offers reliable through-hole performance and resistance to delamination (T260: 60 minutes, T288: 20 minutes).
